Never had Sophia been inside such a beautiful, complex building. Seriously, she was completely amazed by the grand abandoned theater filled with contraptions and simplified elevators and candle-lanterns hanging by chains from the towering glass ceiling, black with paint probably to seal off sighting from above. Sure, the tremendous theater was dark and almost broken down and obviously ancient, but it was still so enchanting to look at. Guys, let's admit it: Tim Burton's latest film, Alice in Wonderland, was an ACID TRIP.

Her father said it was okay for her to be insane,
Alice was void of personality and reactions and thought everything that happened to her WAS A FREAKING DREAM,
The Mad Hatter goes Scottish triple-tongue on all of us,
Absolem the Caterpillar was a blue scary pot-head,
The White Queen never put her hands down and reminded us all of Ronald McDonald's Jessica Rabbit,
Alice was hit on by Stayne never mind he was a billion years older than her,
AND THE MAD HATTER BREAK DANCES THE FUTTERWACKEN.

Wow, Burton. Wow.

I loved the film. The script sucked, but it was still a fun movie. And I know Absolem was always a pot-head and I know Alice's father did not REALLY mean that she was actually cookoo for cocoa puffs.
