First things first, this is a scene that is gonna happen in future chapters (VERY future chapters. Like, perhaps chapter 40-something). I just doodled this scene because I've waited long enough to draw it.
Anyhoo, it's a scene that Sophia is taken on a carriage ride with a stranger who offers her tea. I'm not saying who the stranger is. It's not the Emcee (DUH!!).
Sophia is wearing a nightgown and she actually has a fever in this chapter.
The man is kindly putting some cubed sugars in her hot drink while she has a face like "Oh no. Not another stranger with silver hair, a top hat, a flamboyant attitude and an accent."
I'm DYING to get to this part, but I need to sail through a bunch of violent and insane chapters to get there.
Trust me, the scene is actually pretty shocking.
I'll just leave it at that.
