Description
I was thinking about my original Godavari and THEN... I.... .... I don't know!! I drew out a small scene/comic done in a "Godavari mood".
I imagine Godavari done in a German expressionism film style. Meaning a silent black-and-white film with creepy music in the back, slides of subtitled dialogue popping up after a certain action. GOD, how I love those films. You have no clue how much inspiration I get from them.
Like in here. In panel four Godavari seems to be speaking to his demon companion Lulu and the final panel shows that he said "I am so tired".
I always imagined Godavari smoking a human bone with people forming out of the smoke. It's just so... him. I think it represents that he does not give a damn about death for he is one of the dead as well.
He says he is tired meaning he is tired of being dead.
Godavari is a total freak show.
Don't know why I don't draw him much considering he's one of the first 7 characters I ever came up with.
He speaks Spanish, but in truth he is speaking to Lulu in a strange language he uses to communicate with her. It's kind of like a demon's tongue.
