Sophia being cute and Merry being a crotchety old geezer.
Explanation: Summer... is... DANGEROUS for me. I can never draw anything during the summer, especially anything glorious. So I am forcing myself to draw every day, no matter how weird or simple the drawing is - this is one of them. I just drew and colored whatever was on my mind. SO ALAS! I am still alive! The pictures will all most likely not be uploaded, only what I consider "adequate" ones.
Wish me luck, friends! Suggestions for doodling, please?
Oh god I know that feeling. I'm trying to devise a way to keep me away from the devices while I'm drawing (except for music). Maybe I can get something that'll pop up on my screen and scold me for getting distracted. Probably some little old lady waving her cane at me telling me that if she could get through her entire life time without internet, that I can get through an hour. Either that, or flick the internet connectivity switch on the side and hurt myself later by wondering why I can't connect.
I love the look on the vampire's face and how he's leaning over the kid without actually looking at her. Like, "you knooow... I'm not saying I'm just saying..." XD As for what to draw...how about a daily OC raffle? People submit their oc's and you pick one at random to draw? Just a thought...
Haha, This two are sooo cute. If you are looking for more ideas of what to doodle, then I guess this two are the best anwser!.
On the other hand, if you are up to, you could take this as a chance to test you with new things you havent tried before. I dunno if you there are certain animals you have never drawn before, or perhaps drawing a very deep landscape. Or perhaps trying out a new drawing style totally different from what you usually do. I am uncertain if you are up to try such challenges on this moment since it sounds like you are less inspired on the summer, but I would just give those ideas.
OH MY GOSH MERRY IN BURGUNDY? MERRY IN BURGUNDY, MAN And bunny earmuffs for Sophia WOW that's adorable. ;//u//;
Dude I love the fact that you're drawing every day. Once I turn in a few final things for school I think I'll do the same! And you know I'll lap anything--especially character art-- right up. but I am a fan of the sad and feel-y
Get yourself a 30 day challenge to do! And then when it doesn't seem interesting just do other stuff instead! You've got a great idea with this. I have so much trouble in the summer. So much inspiration but I never actually get myself to a sketchbook.
