I swear, I won't be spamming your DevWatch inboxes anymore, okay? I will be tamed. It's just that... I just REALLY want to put this in my gallery already because its been around for too long and I kept on forgetting to put it up.

Anyway, this is a side-character that will be introduced in the next chapter and he is the news reporter of Decembersville as well as an actual living radio: called him Talkie Lovzit. _{"Lovzit" being a twisted version of "Lovitz" for Jon Lovitz, who voiced Radio in The Brave Little Toaster. Cause this guy has got that exact voice.}

He runs around recording news from the Opera and hangs with the Moonsick Sisters and the Von Pyre Bros. 'cause he's a close acquaintance of theirs.

The point of this character is that he's a living recorder as well as a communicator. His radio waves could break through the barrier between the human world and Decembersville and he could be used as an actual telephone; he could even listen in on conversations and track down where the waves are coming from.
Before that was his job, to make direct communications with freaks that lived unaware in the human world until he got a Chopping Place penalty, so his power was never used again.
His right eye, which was a projector, was broken and the socket became sealed off by a terribly tight eye-trap.

But he's cool about it. XD Yeah, he lacks the ability to hold a grudge. He's the kind of guy that if a ravenous hyena bit his hand off then he'd just say "Poor sap doesn't know that I got a spare one right ovah here. Yoohoooooo~*waves his one hand*" He's a sweetheart too and, although he looks pretty colorful in here, he's actually a fair-behaved dude.
He's also not afraid to admit things. He does not believe Sophia is the real killer because he, unlike the city of paranoids, has common sense.

He interviews the Meowsician without knowing it.

Lovzit's eyebrows are antennas and that hat thingy is a satellite and he could turn his fingers into multiple microphones.
