DUDES! THIS TRICK REALLY WORKS!
Tell your buddy to put his/her thumbs side-by-side (oh, he/she'll do it), tell 'em to put them at the edge of a table, place a full glass of whatever you want on top of them, and then just scram and leave them to die!
Trust me! It works! They won't be able to move without knocking the glass over and spilling all that crap on em or making a mess (plus shattering the glass).

EDIT: Back from my hockey game and spewing the embarrassing fact that I forgot to color-in my yellow specs, so I look like I'm wearing reading bifocals. Well.... pretend I lack vision.


EDIT: If you want to lift the full heavy glass of water by its slippery circular rim with your mouth, then have fun breaking your jaw, cracking your teeth, making it slip, or getting lucky. I tried it just now with my tall glass of lemonade. DID NOT WORK, YO.
