Those Undead Loonies You Know

Here's a group of my oldest characters that have not been drawn so much but have been swimming in the back of my mind for more than three years, their story written and everything: everyone's favorite family of totally stupid but kind-hearted zombies, the (von) Chalice's.

Holy fridge, I have never drawn them un-chibi-ized before, so this was a stretch!
Really, I ADORE this story and the characters. It is a very funny and sweet and very sad story about a family that rises from the dead after hundreds of years, trying to fit in with normal society but failing in both humorous and/or pitiful methods.

They are darlings that would not hurt anything or anyone, but.... dude, just steer clear of them when they dare to venture out in public. Bad/crazy/unfortunate stuff happens when they are around, the clueless nimrods.

Here's the family from left to right:
Cousin Cesare (who is not actually related but is a huge friend of the family) and his puppet Klim, the only son Sullivan, the little cute girl with an odd sense of humor is Denise, the funkateer with the fangs is the head of the household Jenner, his stick-to-it wife Genevieve, then their handyman Frencis and his kitty Diezel.

In a nutshell:
Jenner is a trilly happy daffy,
Genevieve is the only one with _{a little} common sense,
Sullivan is a brutally sarcastic downer with a ghetto violin,
Denise is a... Spyral version of Lilo,
Frencis is a shy sweetheart with a shot-out voice-box,
Cesare is a legally-declared psycho,
but they are all still zombies with maggots in their brains. So we could only hope for them.
